Application Process

Application Approval:

  • We require an approved application before submitting a deposit toward purchasing a puppy.

  • We will review your submitted application and contact you within three business days.

  • ​With an approved application, you will be subscribed to receive all breeder announcements (see below).

  • An approved application followed by a deposit grants you a "Pick-Order" privilege.

  • If you don't submit an application, click SUBSCRIBE so you don't miss any announcements.​

​Deposit Guidelines:

  • After your application has been approved and the Open Deposit Period begins for a litter, a non-refundable $400 deposit (via PayPal) can be made to secure your "Pick-Order." If PayPal is not an option, please contact us to make other arrangements.

    • We cover all PayPal fees and taxes.​

  • The Open Deposit Period starts the day of the Confirmed Pregnancy Announcement. Instructions on the timing to submit your deposit online through PayPal will be emailed. The timing of your received deposit will determine your "Pick-Order." We will update the "Pick-Order" as deposits are received.​​

  • Your deposit will be applied toward the final price of your puppy.

    • After receiving your deposit, an emailed copy of our Puppy Deposit Contract will be sent to you.

    • ​Final payment of the remaining balance can be made either in person (cash) when picking up your puppy at Robertson's Retrievers and Doodles or online through PayPal before picking up your puppy.​​​
